CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us here at New Look Hair Studio. As with you and other clients, We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule that you kindly provide us with a 24-hour notice. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.  However, please be advised our cancellation and No Show fees are as follows:

 

    •    Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

    •    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount


RETURN POLICY

NEW LOOK HAIR STUDIO extensions and closures are quality inspected before shipping.  All hair products are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to Federal laws regarding health and sanitation.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

​

Please allow 1-2 business day for your order to process. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday thru USPS and take about 3-5 business days to arrive. You will be notified by email with a tracking number.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
